Block One summary

Block One is a time-blocking system for people with a job: the list is what, the calendar is when. Not another Life OS. Five connected parts:

• Daily execution through the Daily Dashboard
• Task management through the Tasks database
• Project tracking through the Projects database
• Deep work tracking through the Deep Work Sessions database
• Weekly reflection through the Weekly Review database

Start here

1. Open the Daily Dashboard.
2. Give each task a Block on the clock. One priority per block.
3. Protect one deep work block.
4. Review active projects.
5. Log wins and reflections after focused work.
6. Complete a weekly review at the end of the week.
